| Aeromaster buildWell, it's going. I am basically up to the point in the manual that says "final assembly." Yeah like anything is "final" in this hobby! LOL! Anyway, it is sitting on 2 tables in my living room/kitchen (it's too big for one table!) and I have checked out the controls (some tweaking needed, but everything functional) and will get to fitting the upper wing which involves the struts, cabanes and aileron links. After that, it's time to prop up and see if this monster flies! I mounted the smoke pump on the motor and found a home for a small oil tank in the fuse, tho I have not drilled the back of the motor for the pressure tap to run the pump, nor have I plumbed the lines since I am still not sure if this SuperTiger 2500 is going to stay on the nose. For the same reason, I am not installing the cowl yet.
Well, no flying this weekend. Yesterday would have been the day to do it, flying off and IN the snow! LOL! Today is hurricane day. We ought to get kites so on days like this we can fly anyway. LMAO!
24 dollar a gallon 30% Wildcat Curtis Youngblood formulation no one interested? I don't use the stuff, but I thought that sounded reasonable. No? OK, stay warm.
