If you fly model helicopters then you are in the right place. The RunRyder online community provides a support lifeline for all your helicopter questions and needs.
Strictlyhelicopters was started by myself and Andrew a little over one year ago. What we offer are video products for model helicopters but we specifically look at the radio setup, gyro setup and the key details that beginners commonly make when getting started.
Strictlybeginning Volume 1 is our first production.
While the featured helicopter is the Hawk Sport it should be noted that anyone building a 30-50 size Century model can benefit from our video. Whether an older Hawk, Falcon, any of the 30 size scale models that use the single servo collective configuration, the fundamental setup is the same. More importantly, Strictlybeginning describes the method to accomplish the setup. We take the time to teach you the process to setup the helicopter which can be adapted to virtually any similar Century model.
Some have asked if we have the qualifications to produce training videos. To ensure the quality of information, I partnered with Andrew Schoenherr who previously worked for Century, continues to write instruction manuals and does design work for them. This is why we chose the Hawk Sport for the first video.
For all beginners that chose a different helicopter we are already working on our 2nd and 3rd videos that should be out later this year.
