| CarbMaybe you have some crap in the carb. I've heard of some carbs having a metal shaving lodged in them causing fuel mixture problems from day one. The carb could possibly be defective.. but I think one turn on the idle might be too lean.
What kind of heli is it? The Raptor 60 has an L coming out of the fuel tank (main) and some were'nt drilled completely through causing a lean condition and the cure is to take it down and drill into each side to open up the L so fuel can get to the carb in the quantities needed.
Clint, if you can't find the problem, send that sucker back to OS or find a friend and swap the carbs for a test.
Remember the manual states that you should always take the idle needle 1/2 turn past the point where you want it and then pull it back 1/2 turn to the desired position. I don't know why they say that but that is in the manual.
