Ok what is the best Motor That I can get for my HummingBird?
And what Pinion Gear would I need For that Motor?

If your not going brushless it would be the orion elite modified. As for pinion to save a little exrta cash I pull the old one then filled it with solder drilled out a hole for the smaller diameter motor shaft then used CA'd it to the shaft. I would have probably got a much more true shaft though if I had bought the correct after market pinion.

I just pulled the origional pinion and filled it with solder I then neatly drilled a smaller diameter hole and CA'd to the motor shaft. The motor should last a very long time before you need to replace the brushes when it starts feeling warmer than it used to I would order some new ones before they go completely

Yes, the Orion Elite Micro Modified is the way to go. I use a 10T pinion on mine and it works great. But I haven't tried any other pinions, so I can't say for sure that some other size may or may not be better.

Maybe you can order a 9T, 10T, and 11T and see which you like best.
