Just purchased a xcell 99 (I think) gasser, the person was using it for camera work. It has a 35 inch carbon fiber tail boom and verrrrry large paddles, no blades. What length tail boom and paddles is everyone using, and what blades?

Thanks Larry

my setup

680 mains, white xcell paddles, 31.5 inch boom on my pre 99 gasser. with the 35 inch boom, 700's or 720's if you like.....

you decide to change boom/torque tubes.......32.5, 33......like the fury extremes have.....will work fine. I like the cheaper replacement costs of the 31.5 myself

I have a '96 Gas X-cell, it has a 31.5 tail boom and right now I'm using 690mm wood main blades. I was using the old ('96) paddles. I just switched to the white 3D paddles. Wow, what a difference. The paddles alone turned this into a 3D machine!
