IMZ 50...

I think the engine is nicely designed and I heard it is really smooth but as for power the OS 50sxh comes on top..The IMZ puts out a whole 1.7 and the OS is 1.8 bone stock. So why would anybody go out and pay more than double for and engine just because it looks cool?Is there any other special features about ths engine?

Main bearing Orientation

I am in the process of building my Voyager 50 IMZ and can`t figure out which way the main mast bearings are installed. The instructions are in japanese so I have no clue what they are saying, and the picture shows the difference in the bearings but I just cant read which way they go.
Does anyone know if the high side goes up (side almost flush with aluminum)? Or if the sunken side of the bearing faces up, on the top main bearing?

I installed it with the sunk side of the bearing facing up on the upper bearing block, and the opposite way on the lower bearing block. Is this correct??

What type of servo arms are you runnning on your Voyager? I have the same heli, less the carbom bottom frame stiffiner (nice). I was thinking I would have to use the long JR horn that comes with like 8700G servos. are they the Airtronic servo arms? The heli looks good, mine will look like that by Saturday, or Sunday hopefully.

Thanks,Blaze

Uh huh.. the super servo horns are the ticket. I just outfitted a V50 last night and allows for a large pitch range, yet is beefy enough to handle the load. Just make sure you look at the numbers inscribed on the back of the horns to find the one that will allow you to mount the horn at 90 degrees at midstick (Thanks to Will B for the information).
