About the kitchen part, that is my fault. I have about a 10X10 foot area in my kitchen that I am learning to hover in. The only damage I have done is to hit the bottom of the dishwasher with the blades, so there are blade marks on the dishwasher panel. I don't hit anything nearly as often since I am getting better, and I always stand behind a chair when I am practicing. Of course it is my kitchen and my house, so I can do whatever I want to in it. I never meant to give the impression that it is a good place to learn. I only told Eco that this is what I was doing and did not mean that he or anyone else should.

Im 15 going on 16 and frankly i think the kids gonna kill himself...or worse someone else
i got my first plank when i was 13 and i took the time to fully understand HOW THE THING WORKS!!!! u can read all day long about helis throwing a blade, or a prop taking off someones finger, but if u dont have respect (which u obviously dont) ur gonna get it, i got in a hurry once to adjust the needle to fly before it rained and had the back edge of a prop catch my hand when i was 14 ........and (very luckily) only a few scratches, but lesson learned...
ur gonna go out not understanding that blades spinning at even 1000 rpm (well below what our machines fly at...in case u didnt know ) can very easily damage u for life
u need to go out and do some research and fully understand what ur getting into before u go and get any heli or plank for that matter, and if u ever get a heli ( ) I REALLY HOPE that u dont hurt urself
sorry i had to get that out before the kid kills himself and plus our hobby doesnt need bad publicity cause of irresponcible (sp??) idiots like urself eco8 KID (kid being a very key word)
OK, in done rambling now

So let me get this straight Eco8, u understand that heli's are dangerous, u understand that u should have an experienced pilot with u while u learn, u have read all the safety forums including the ones that tell u to get supervision, but u are still going to learn SOLO!!!!!! What makes u so great that u can ignore ALL the help that u have received
I suggest that u show a few of these posts to your parents. GET HELP TO LEARN HOW TO FLY U IDIOT
