After the total destruction of my Raptor 50 last Friday, I thought I had appeased the Gods, but I was wrong.

My poor Ergo 50 CCPM hit the ground HARD last night. I was practising for an intermediate competition next weekend and had my caller and critic at my side, so I had a witness to this - the radio stopped working as I exited a loop. We watched it roll slightly to the left and carry on its path into the ground. Failsafe was set put didn't come on, our on-site diagnosis was a failure in the battery or switch harness.

Model badly damaged, I need more time ot decide whether it is repairable or not.

It was a great flier, the best model I have owned, and will be badly missed.

Now I am TWO 50 sized models short

I still have an Ergo 30, in fact I flew it yesterday just before crashing the 50 (yes, I did change model memories, before anyone asks!)

I have another Ergo 50, this one a standard mix, that I have been putting together, that should be ready in a few days.

Still haven't sold the Sky Fox, still trying, though!
