I was going to stay out of this and probably should have but as I sometimes do, I jump in with both feet. With an attitude like yours I am guessing you're going to have problems where ever you go. Lighten up alittle bit and enjoy life as there are a lot of people that have dealt with Heliproz along time and have had nothing but great service from them. When something stands out, like your experience with them. It makes me wonder who actually is the problem...I know, I should have stayed out of it but I guess I am loyal to Heliproz and to Rick's both as they have both been nothing but helpful to me......

My motto is this..Fly...Rebuild...Fly

Hey Rotor, not a problem

Fact is I've dealt with a number of US based companies over the years and always received great service. Even just this week with YS Performance

But still theres no reason or valid excuse for HP to act the way they did. And I'm not the only UK based potential customer to be treated like that by them. Kind of makes a mockery of their advertising slogans!

Now now Flmgrip, lets not get too personal, you WILL loose the slanging match!

Besides THEY started it with their non-customer care routine. And why on earth should I want to go and buy goods elsewhere and complain to them about the service of another supplier.

Be warned, my vocabulary of expletives IS extensive

Hey Baja 170

Ohh well its late at night and I've nothing better to do

For the avoidance of ANY doubt here's a copy of the text from the email I sent them:

>>>>>
Hi,

I placed an order on your web site, order number as above, last week. I do not know if you have the item in stock, but have yet to receive any response from you.

I note from your text that you will email foreign customers advising shipping cost. How long will this take?

It's not that I'm in a desperate hurry for the item, but some contact would be appreciated. I have tried all the local UK sources and they are unable to either get one, or have 'problems' with getting items via an agency deal, hence my order with you direct.

Regards,

Philip Martin.

Now, you tell me where there is an inflammatory or derogatory phrase in there?

NO?

I rest my case

Phil,
Maybe it was just a bad set of circumstances. Give them another try and see what happens. If you do and everything goes very smooth then maybe it was just one of those things but if it doesn't then I would start to wonder myself..Good flying to you......

phil... like i said you can go shop somewhere else... it's a more or less free world... there is plenty of things which can go bad with e-mail etc... could be a virus attached to it and that would never reach them since they filter out e-mails with attachments.... etc.etc...
besides i never claimed you used "inflammatory or derogatory phrases" in any e-mails, all i am saying is if you are not happy... move on and buy somewhere else.... there is tons of very happy customers with heliproz and that... rests my case

Look Phil, you had a problem with Heliproz for some reason, thats cool. Now you have this vendetta and you don't even know if its truly the fault of Heliproz or a set of unfortunate circumstances, but now you are hell bent on running Heliproz down and you show your true colors while flaming away. Nevermind that 99% of the rest of us had nothing but good experiences with the guys at Heliproz, and that NO business can please everyone everytime, you are going to devote the rest of your life to righting this perceived wrong. Well go right ahead, curse, bitch and moan all you want if it makes you feel better, waste all the time you want, its your life. I get the feeling from the tone of your posts that you actually like this, you are on a crusade and will use your superior wit and wisdom to prove your point, you even say you are skilled at the use of expletives and seem poised for a good fight, have at it then, to me it just screams "TOO MUCH FREE TIME, NO LIFE"!!!!!

There you go, getting personal again!

The one thing I have learned from this exchange is the day you guy's dumped that load of tea in the harbor you lost the ability to comprehend the British vain of sarcastic humor. Never mind, you don't rule the entire world yet, nor clearly do you all have the ability to trade with it

And my dear friend, if you have the time to read and then reply to the driveling rambling of this old git, well nuff said

I guess the moral of the story is, "Ball-busters don't get good service". Sounds fair to me....
