| E HelisI had a nicely upgraded Eco (sold it to finance a Raptor 60) and my friend had a Voyager (sold his to finance a Raptor 50). I would say that quality is about the same. I can not comment exactly on price as I had lots of hop ups on my Eco. But I believe they are close
In stock trim, the Eco is lighter and will have better run times with everything else being constant. If you want performance out of one of these machines you will need to look at a brushless motor setup with speed control. If you go this route, I know the Eco will benefit with some Aluminum upgrades or carbon side frames to reduce flex.
Another thing to consider, I noticed that you have a 10x radio. If you do CCPM, the Voyager is set at 120; however, the Eco is at 90deg which is not supported by the 10x. I had the aluminum swashplate aftermarket upgrade from Ikarus which supports 90 and 120 deg mixing, but you will need to make a modification to get the best servo setup for use with 120 deg.
I do not know about the amount of upgrades for a Voyager, but the Eco has MANY. If you want to ask some specific functions on the Eco...go to Ikarus's website, they have forums set up for it. I know there are some for the Voyager, but I do not know specifically where.
Its priced higher, but I have heard many good things of the Logo line of E-Helis. |
