Funky fuses

I've done 2 of the longranger 46 sizes. The fuse it's self is good quality as far as the glass work. The instructions were non existent and those that came with it did nothing for me in the way of attatching the front fuse halfs. as for puting any type of mechanics in them, get out our pencile and scratch paper cause you are going to have to figure it out your self unless some one has done it before you and given you their set ups. Read all you can about exactly what you want and want to do and you'll save your self alot of hassles. Most here are willing to give you tips about specific problems you are having cause most of us have eather done it or fixed it!! he he he!!!

Deckerv,
If you get the pre-painted version no instructions are hardly necessary as all the work is done for you, mounting holes and mechs included etc....if on the other hand you want to add your own mechs you can do that too as the newer kits do come with instructions. Actually instructions dont help all that much really, mechs simply have to be located inside any fuse squarely no matter who makes it, everything else is just a matter of adding details and painting etc....Ive built a few different types of scalers and they all go about the same as long as you dont try to install a set of mechs that the fuse wasnt designed for in that case its a good idea to contact the fuse manufacturer to see what they recemmend. The Rappy usually works but looses neg pitch not a big deal as pos is MUCH more importaint especially in an all importaint auto etc....If you have any questions feel free to email me Ill spill my guts.
