I just got my Hornet today and I have been setting it up all day. I am now done and having trouble setting up the radio and servos. I have a Futab 6XHS radio and the ccmp servo setup they have is not supported by my radio (at least I dont think so). What do I do. Also, why can't I get my blades tight? Also allot of the pieces seemed to not fit right. I actually broke the main shaft bearings because I had to force them so hard to get them on the shaft. Well now im stuck. Also on my setup I can't get the links from the servo to the swash vertical like they have in their pictures. It seems impossible to get them this way as mine are on a 60 deg angle instead of a 90.

I checked out the Futaba website, and it looks like the 6XHS does support the CP Hornet's swashplate. You have to select SR-3 or R-3, whichever it says.

The blade bolts tap into the blade grips and can be easily stripped. You can add a self-locking nut (M2.5mm) to tighten them

You should be able to put the servo at the middle position (throttle stick middle with the midpoint at 50%) and remove and replace the servo arm as close as possible to 90 degrees to the link. Use subtrim on that servo to get it dead on.

Hornets do require a lot of patience, particularly the CP model. Don't rush. Best of luck!!
