robart makes a strut that would fit the s-76. it is a straight strut but the axle sits at a 45 degree or so angle. now as far as i know, the gear strut folds straight back, u should be able to use a standard retract (90 degree non rotating). the retract unit sits at a 45 or 50 degree angle. ed vega is pretty knowledgeable on this and may be of more help to ya. is is about as nuts about scale as i am, probably more. anyway, in rotary modeler,tony used robarts on the s-76 he built.
