I wonder if the 95 MM tailblades can be used with my Rappy 30 or are they too big?

And for my Rappy 60,what would be a good choice for tailblades?

Thanks,
Raptor 30.

I use 95mm MS blades in my rappy 50. I fly it really really hard and had no problems whatsoever.
I bought them after Gordie recommended bigger tail blades to avoid weathervaning while doing fast backwards flight. They sure hold that tail now.

Cut 'em

The nice thing about the NHP blades is that you can put them into a razor/miter saw and cut them to any length. I do this routinely. When someone dorks their heli, I will buy the damaged tip blades then cut them down to the max allowing clearance to the mains on a smaller heli, usually a Raptor 30 or 50. I have found that even if coming from different original pairs, the weights are identical after the cut. I then seal the ends with carbon cloth and CA.

I recently shortened a pair of SAB 95's to 92 by sanding the ends down and sealing similarly. Worked fine.

The trick is to use a bolt to hold the two blades together so that the cut, or sanding path, is identical on both blades.
