Hey:

I have a question. Has anyone here had trouble contacting Bergen RC's Customer Service? I have been trying to contact them to check on the status of my order, and I can not get through via phone. I have tried to fax and email them, but have received no response. Is anyone else having a similar problem?

Me Again:

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got through to Bergen. It seems that they are real busy building kits.(Business must be doing good) My kit is being worked on as I type this message. I ordered my kit this week, so this isn't a major problem. I just needed the tracking number because I chose 2nd Day Delivery and I plan to be leaving town with-in the next few days. Thanks for the input.
