For sale: Sky Fox, Vario kit no. 8009, with the Vario Rossi 65 engine set, which includes a tuned pipe, for sale. The model is built and has had 24 flights. It is in perfect condition and was carefully assembled, with all bearings greased.

The model flies well, but just doesn't 'do it' for me. Every time I go to fly, I look at it and then leave it behind, or take it and leave it in the car.

Includes glass blades, engine head shims, engine mounting shims and a hex starter insert. Good basis for any of Vario's scale helis, or as a sport model.

Does not include any radio or gyro. The model was flown with 3 servos on the swash using 120 CCPM but can also be flown with 4 servo CCPM.

Price:600€./707$/420£. Will consider reasonable offers or trades for good JR heli.

I am selling this model as I have too many helicopters of different makes and need to cut back.

It's always been for sale, but now and then I give up trying! I gave it a dozen or so flights a few weeks ago to blow to dust off, still flies straight & true.

If I were looking for a new Vario heli, then I would definetely buy Dave's Skyfox. It really is a bargain, no matter what the exchange rate is!

Dave is a great fellow to deal with and I can guarantee that he keeps really good care of his models!

Just buy it.

That sure looks like a great place you fly! I envy you guys who have all that nice green grass to fly off of.

Dust is a real problem for us here in the desert!

aashu - I have the Vario catalogue in front of me now, You have a choice of the Bell 205 UH-1D, order no. 1100, or the bigger 205, order no. 2051, but you'd have to change the main gearbox ratio for that. 2005 is the Bell 222 for Skyfox. Most of Vario's range have a Sky Fox version available.

David.

I'd love to take that Sky Fox off your hands. I have two JR ships I no longer fly due to doing mostly scale stuff and flying my Vario ship. I have a loaded Ergo 30 w/ motor and servos, carbon blades ect and a Ergo 60. I'd really like to part with both of them to further on in the scale end of things. Would you be willing to consider doing some "wheelin' n dealin'?"
