How much clearence should there be between the clutch and the bell. My expert doesn't have much. Has anyone had to have their clutch bell lining turned to get the correct clearence?. Thanks

Those clutch liners are lathe turned at the factory. The gap per side is likely 6 thou or less. Unless you've run the model and are getting excessive drag AFTER a gallon or so of break in, let it alone and run it.
