| sure, i think you're after a 4 bar, sometimes called a gang bar. A single plug, which plugs into the socket then a metre or so of cable then a block with usually 4 plug sockets for your appliances See here
As for where to get one in Chelsea, any electrical type shop would sell them - Dixons, Currys, Woolworths. There should be one nearby or someone should be able to direct here.
