| Normally what I do is join the two halves with scotch tape on the outside. I then put a small amount of epoxy on the seam on the inside. Keep epoxy use minimal to save weight. Once the epoxy has cured, remove the tape from the outside, lightly sand and paint ! If you're careful, you'll never see the seam once painted. Hope this helps. |
