my main gear statred acting funny,sort of a grinding noise.i believe that it is loose because i cannot get my humming off the ground so something is wrong..any ideas???choco

Check the motor screws, gear mesh, also I put some Tri-flow oil on the main gear and shaft to help with the friction... check everything and let us know...could have a dry bearing.Jeff.
