I would like to convert my vertol heli to a shaft drivetrain and would need use a u-joint for about a 5 degree difference. dont think i would trust a flex joint. I'll be using an OS 50.

who makes these?

There not a "U" joint but a ball and socket with drive pins. I don't think a small "U" joint would be up to the task. Good luck

Try RC Car

Have you considered adapting RC 1/8 scale constant velocity joint as used in the for the steered wheels of 4wd cars? Not a made to order thing, but if done right would more than handle your requirements.

Try Mugen-Seiki, Kyosho or Ofna.
