Click the aircraft menu, choose edit raptor (or whatever heli you use) and click the gyro tab. If you want the heading hold on always, click the aircraft menu, edit radio, and choose the gyro and governor tab. On the bottom you can select the conditions that heading hold is on.

I recently ordered the USB version of the G2 from Tower. It is on back order until late March.
