Ok anybody know how hard and what it would take to convert an older split frame Intrepid to a Gasser?
Buddy of mine has one for a good deal and I want a camera ship.

bergen gasser conversion

if it is the stacked frame its not hard at all i just converted mine about a month and a half ago.
you change the lower frames and battery tray and put the longer boom and torque tube on it so you can run the longer blades, and you also have to change the clutch and front pinion gear and fan,i did mine in one evening.
i work for larry so give larry bergen a call on monday and he can quote you a price for everything you need.
his phone number is 269-445-2060

Thanks...

That's what I figured. Guess I will call my buddy and tell him to hang onto it for me and shoot Larry or Chris an e-mail tonight.
What is a rough $$ figure to do the conversion less motor?
I think he already has the torque tube and the longer boom on it.
