I was wondering if anyone is using the Fuataba GY240 HH gyro in their Hummingbirds? I want to order one for mine but I want to make sure it fits the HB...

You'll need to use separate speed controls instead of the hummingboard. Go to helihobby.com and they an article about how to set it up. It'd be a good opportunity to go with a brushless motor...

You will need two speed controls when going seperates - I noticed you implied that you ordered one.

I am using a JR G410T which I think is about the same size as the Futaba. My hummingbird lifted mine fine, but I switced quickly to an upgrade motor.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

I ordered

I've ordered 2 ESC one 2amp and one 5amp...
I ended up ordering the CSM HLG200,
now i wonder if i made right choice....I have upgraded the motor already to a Graupner speed 300, I also did the collar shaft mod and aluminum swashplate...

The CSM is a great gyro from what I read. I would not worry about it. It can certainly be lightened easier than the others (unless you already got the lightened version).

Keep us posted!
