If you are going to use a brushless motor get the update kit from your dealer. It has a different head center section as part of the correction of the buzz like vibration in the tail fin.The cause is the much increased headspeed. If you don't expect to use a b/l motor Never Mind! Enjoy your Eolo. TimT

Tell me more about the update kit. I have the buzz that I have been tracing down without much success.

Yep, the build is pretty straight forward. If you have built helis before you should have no problems.

DARREN
the sock machine on ten cells Flys awsome!!! if you get symetrical blades and put on a different paddles it really comes alive.

keep the mechanics 100% stock ,put a brushless setup, 10 cells, sym blades and 3d paddles with the right pinion , and it is a extreme 3d machine...

BOX STOCK
look at the 3d video in my web page,

Eolo

Darren
good to see you may be getting a Eolo.
I have just finished building mine, I just have the radio to install. It goes together very well, just follow the instructions and the diagrams, and you should not have any problems.
I am still trying to find out which is the best Brushless motor to go with, some are using the Hacker but they are hard to get hold of in the UK, so still undecided.
What are you using?
Let me know how you get on.

P.S. Still no answer off your mate with the Turbine Heli. (Kevltan)

Peter,

Hacker is very popular in USA, but in EU it has quite a bad name.
not to disregard them, i tried to contact them, but then heard from some shops about the service problems with Hacker Germany.
the guys trying to put all the fault on the client, and this is not the case in most of the times.
finally we found the KONTRONIC is the best value to service.
the prices are reasonable, support is excellent, and products avaliable on time.
Just my 0.02$
