do any of you have any experience with spraying a 8x10 ink jet picture with a clear coating to protect it? I bought a can of special protectant from a photo store and paid $14 for it. It does a good job but it smells just like automotive laquer.

it works okay, but in the long run won't protect it any more than a frame, or portfolio will .. and won't prevent fading .. just use archival inks and glossy archival paper..you'll be better off in the long run..

If God didn't want us to eat animals, why'd he make 'em out of meat ?!
