im prety sure the company is kokam....but it may be wes-tech becuase they make the chargers for the batterys

Kokams are made by FMA.

Kokam are made by Kokam NOT FMA and there is a rumor that toshiba is behind etecs batteries. Anyway the main difference is in the construction of the cell, the kokams are stacked technology while the etecs are wound. Personally i have seen etecs fly a piccolo pro with a heavily modified power plant adn they are impressive.
