It is a killer deal and if I wouldn't have just bought one last week, I would be all over it even with the Spektrum TX.

Thats a killer deal.

The electronics alone are worth the asking price.
It makes me wish I was looking for a 450

Hmm... ya know, you could almost pick this up, then sell the components for more than you paid for the complete package. . .

Or.. pick it up, sell off the heli, minus the radio, and get a free DX7 + rx out of it. Tempting.. very very tempting....

Toolman, looks like you got a sweet deal on that one too.
Dang, all of these just have to come out right AFTER I buy a heli.

Just kidding, I don't want another 450.
My next venture will be a 600N, or some kind of scale heli with a 4 stroke.

Sorry Fender, that thing is not RT3D (that's "ready to 3d" ). It still needs an Align pitch gauge waved over it with the secret incantation. Instructions are included in the Align manual, but only the printed version. I used the incantation from the T500 manual along with my Align pitch gauge on my HBK2. Now that thing flies like a freak'n Trex 450. But lets just keep this little secret between us.

Im so close to flying scale. (meaning i almost have all the parts)All i need is a gyro which i will pick up next payday. This will be so awesome. I get jittery when i think about it. Probably the same way guys feel when they invert. I'll let all you guys know how it goes when i get it together. The Trex is made to fit the align fuse so it should be a pretty easy project. I may need to ask slider some questions.

I was thinking more like this:
(big ol' scale with a 90-120 4 stroke in it).

Had a guy trying to sell me that a short time ago.
If I was further along in my flying, I would have probably bought it.

Tryan that is what I was talking about, they are $369 new. Really once you add on a $100 esc, it is pretty much the same price as a Rex500. But it is way cooler though Oh and I got a better deal on my Protos at $230 shipped for a very slightly used one with motor.
