| sometimes a stripped gear can cause a "bump" in the servo movemement. If you disconnect the ball link from the servo and move it back and forth and fee/hear a click, it's probably a stripped gear in a servo. This can sometimes happen in shippment to you depending on how they are packed. I've even had it happing just by transporting a heli. And of course, it happens ALOT when crashing.
having a servo studder, buzz then move or bump can be stripped gears. Only real way to tell for sure is to disconnect it's ball link and try it. Pull the cover off and you'll know for sure.
