At least I've not yet heard anyone talking about taking an esky and doing a flybarless conversion yet. I read about that stuff during lunch. My head is still spinning and I have a bad headach.

I made my FP flybarless. Then I had to put on a new one so it could fly...

The more they overthink the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain.

I'm the guy on the UK forum that turned the King into a coax. So far not a bad project, if a little antsy without the HH gyro.

As for Kings, none of mine bear much resemblance to ESKY products any longer.

The list:

FIBER KING
CARBON KING
ALLOY KING
COAX KING

Except for the coax, all have 450 heads, 12mm booms and 450 tails. Even A/K has a 450 main gear.

Fun to fly, if a little small and easy to get too far away. The 450 is not too bad for that, but I'm hoping when the 600 gets flying my eyesight won't suffer too much.

Hey Gary/Cougar! Nice to see you on this side for a change. You should hang out and talk smack with us now and then.

I'm usually trolling the FOR SALE stuff. Need the bits to do the work, eh?

I couldn't find the Proteus King co-ax video but this is a collective pitch co axial heli that in theory could fly inverted and or 3D type of flying.

Here's the VID of that Freaky CP coax. It actually looks like it flies pretty good. Maybe even Texas Dar could fly it
