Bubble tracking is done as follows:

Set blade pitch to 0 degrees using your radio.

Use a level table, place bubble level on table to verify it is level.


Place bubble level on swash plate level it as shown.


Rotate flybar as shown and place bubble level on flybar level it.


Now without moving the head place bubble level in between blade grip.


Adjust linkage to make grip level. Perform steps 3 thru 4 till it is correct.

Rotate head 180 degrees and place bubble level on flybar and preform steps 3 & 4 till the other grip is level.

This is foolproof way, because no trial and error, as in tracking tape then fly heli and hope you can see tape, then land and take heli in garage and tweak linkage and do over and over.

I fly and then I fly some more.
