| Well, maybe it could work if you place more than one magnet. If you for instance use 8 magnets evenly spaced around the main gear, it should work.
Keep in mind that you might not get as smooth RPM when overreving the rotor and the one-way gear spinns. Then the gov will lower the throttle to keep the set headspeed, which will not work as the rotor is disconnected from the motor and it will underrev for a second as the motor has to recover from the false slow down. |
