Just got my speed 300 motor for my Hummingbird today,it came with no wires attatched so i need to put wires from original motor on,do i put the diodes on too?

Diodes (or capacitors) too of course. Speed 300 has no internall capacitors.
Today, I make succesfull flights with Permax 280 BB (max. rpm like speed 300, I think). With 9t pinion and little trimmed blades very stable flight and duration almost 8 minutes.

Glad to hear the blades work for you. So do i need to put on the capacitors off the original motor?

I just did this....I will put another post up on this but mine did not work...I put the caps on and the aleron servo was going haywire at 1/2 throttle so I took it off....let me know what you find! Jeff.
