| You are right the charger you have will only charge 2 x 6s packs, You will have to purchase another type of charger to charge 12s as a single pack. The duo will charge 2 x 6s packs then you will have to wire the pack in series to give you 12s.
The 1210 Hyperion will charge upto 12s but with a 180w max, this means a 4 amp max charge for your 12s packs. You will also need a suitable hyperion balancer and lead to charge the 12s pack.
My preference is to use 2 x 6s pack in series rather than buying a full 12s pack, then if one cell goes duff on you, you only have to replace one 6 cell pack, rather than the whole 12s pack, but as I said this is only my preference and not law. Plus charging a 12s pack requires a pretty expensive top of the range charger and balancer, 2 x 6s packs require only the duo and a balance lead.
