you can raise your bell values slightly,,, but first try to lower your paddle weight by say 10 points om ail/ele in expert menu.

I redid the tail setup and got both end points at 60. I also redid the piro optimization but still ended up with a value of -44. I do have the older VBar with the serial interface so I selected the "E Sensor" option and it gave me a rate correction of 64. Is there something still wrong with the setup or is -44 normal with the older sensor?

It could be simply fine, if the rotation is correct, nose follows the ball and you are 90 with spinning it 90 then you are fine.

Agreed - if the ball mirrors the heli movement then it's fine

Another cyclic setting is the cyclic gain on the cyclic page (not the slider on the flight parameters page)
Increase this setting until you have 10 degrees cyclic
