I've been flying 5s flightpower packs and bought a 6s 3300 and love it,I want only 6s packs now.Well I went out a nd bought a ThunderPower 6s 5000 and hoped for power and longer run times, well I jut received the pack in the mail and the first thing is it don't fit into the frame at all.so I have it straped on my carbon fiber tray out front After spooling it up into a hover i went to give it more throttle and GRIND there go's my main gear, now it's 22.2 voltz the same as my flightpower 6s so what went wrongAnd is anybody useing TP 5000 packs???I'll be at my kitchen table changing my main to try it again,if any body has any input P{LEASE...Thanks Lars

I'm using Flight Power 6s 3700 packs, a 6s 5000 pack is really too big for the Logo 10 but would be good on a Logo 500 or TRex 600.

Vibe 90, Vibe 50, Vigor CS x2,
Dyna-x, Knight 503D, Logo 10,
Trex 500, Mini Titan, Gaui EP200

Is anyone out there flying 7s A123 batteries with a Z30A-1100 motor? What did you think of the power with 7s?

A 21t pinion is too big for an 1100kv motor in the Logo 10 on 6s.

6s x 3.7 = 22.2 volts nominal. 22.2v x 1100kv = 24420rpm at the pinion. 200t (maingear) / 21t (pinion) = 9.52. 24420 / 9.52 = 2562 headspeed. Try a 17/18t. That should get you around 2100/2200 headspeed.

Eddie M, how many cells are you using with this CC 45HV? How do you like the vs other esc's?

I use 10 cells A123 with the 45HV. I only have CC ESC so I have nothing to compare to. However, I like it mush better now with the new firmware that offer a much much better Heli Governor mode. I'm just a sport flyer so the 45HV is enought for what I will us it for.

I use 10 cells because I also use the same pack in a Raptor E620. It make life easier and cheaper to use the same pack for two different helicopters.

So I've decided to go the 8s A123 route for my Logo 10, any advice.
