Thats not even the same story.
Those kids are teenagers in 8th and 9th grade. Also for them it appears to be an extracurricular activity, though it was on school time but it was something those students chose to do with time that was granted to them for an activity.

Joyce McGautha, superintendent of the Urban Community Leadership Academy, a charter school for students in fifth through ninth grades in Kansas City, Mo., said that the video was probably taken last May during the Junior Fraternity's morning meeting at the school.
SNIP
Students at the school have 30-minute group sessions four times a week during which they are supposed to work on reading and writing. Once a week they are allowed to have "activities," McGautha said. There are 12 groups at the public charter school.

Are you against free speech? These teens don't have a right to study a candidate and make their own decision? I didn't see anyone cracking whips or forcing them to march. All in all it looked like a pretty positive statement from some kids and I applaud them.

Tell you what, get down to your local video store and rent "Stomp The Yard" for more of this "radical worship" scary heebee jeebee stuff.

Scary!

Ozark,

I'm going to contact Obama's campaign and insist that they add you to their payroll.

You are absolutely relentless.

If you avoid failure, you also avoid success.

@Ozark,

Kids can say what ever they want, outside of school.

What bothers me is that those puddin'head porkers would have never had the drive to come up with that crap on their own.
Some idiot teacher with an agenda was hell bent on filling their heads with mush.

You got all that from the Fox story? I was under the impression that the teacher got suspended for allowing it, without making them read McCain too, which given the circumstance, they probably were not interested in anyway IMO. They didn't lay blame on the teacher for anything other than that.
The stomp/march/camo part is a black fraternity thing as evidenced in the movie title I recco'd. BTW do not rent it, you won't like it.

I do not agree with the "Kids can say what ever they want, outside of school" part. I know I didn't want to be educated as a little robot and I was encouraged to get involved and have an opinion.
What good is an education that doesn't encourage free thinking? That sounds like a Chinese or N. Korean thing to me.
