Has anyone ordered from ultimatehobbies.com? I oredered a T-REX 600 ESP from them on sat and it has not shipped yet. I have called for 3 days and e-mailed them with no call back! Has anyone had this problem with these guys?

That’s a new item so it could be that they are waiting for their first shipment. I don’t know anyone that’s ordered from that store and I have not heard any reports good or bad.

Just wanted you to know that Ultimate Hobbies is reputable. There store is very large and is only about 5 miles from my office. I would say they are probably not my favorite (the owners are a little snobby at times). The thing I hate the most is that basically everything is 'behind the counter' and when you want to buy a part, they have to walk the part for you up to the checkout. You feel like you are a criminal when you shop there.

Thanks guys my money was refuned and I got one orederd at Rons Heliproz south. They took care of me over there. I should have called them in the first place

I have done business with Ron for many years and they have always had the best customer service in the business. They are one of the oldest e-hobby stores that I know of. Now that they are associated with HeliProz their prices are even better.
