| Well Ill tell you george. I would have said so as well and I still may be incorrect but. When I had no gov in my trex I used this servo. I also have 8717s on cyclics. What I saw was amazing. The throttle servo will keep up with the collective. Now I know the engine cant keep up with the servo so I'm told but my trex was like a rocket. Never have I seen such immediate power. With the gov its not so anymore and I did replace the 9253 with a 3155 I think it is. I can watch the thing on the bench and the collective is at top and the throttle is still moving not nearly 1/2 way there fo I know the pitch is advancing the throttle big time, whether the engine can keep up is a question that my results prove differently ? I think. I almost want to drop out the gov. This is why I feel the need to correct this older GV1 with a newer more responsive gov. Hey you should try it  toss in a really fast throttle servo and see for yourself. Its amazing. Maybe its 1/2 the slow gov, maybe not. |
