Align T-REX 600N 700N > T-REX 600N 600N flybarless or 70/91 engine. What option is better?

Hello guys,

Recently I started thinking about increasing my 600N Super Pro heli power. I am considering two options. One option is going flybarless, second is putting 70/91 engine into the heli.
I have my video on youtube. You can clearly see in this video where I would like more power. Engine is dying and mostly during continuous tic tocs. I am trying to manage the collective as gentle as possible.
Please provide your opinions how flybarless compares to 70/91 motor upgrade. Which option makes heli more agile? All ideas are welcome.
My current setup is:
50 hyper
Hatori 522
GV-1 set to 2050RPM
25% nitro
+13/-13 collective

my buddy has both on his 600 the only bad thing about it shorter flight times. Other than that it is a close to an overpowered electric you will get with a nitro. I highly recommend both!!

I found the g-force bearing blocks allowed alot more power to the head. And the v-bar does also.

A larger engine could do the same thing but you need to wonder if the drivetrain is up to the task.

I have the v-bar on the 600n , g-force blocks , 2100 on a gv-1 , ys 50 / mp5 / 30% cp

I figure you could try the vbar first on with a well tuned 50 engine. But my belief is the hardware on the 600n is not meant for 1+ additional horsepower stress (+3 total) on all parts. If your not in very high altitudes, don't do the 90 for now.

I'll be the first to say that the 91 conversion is complete overkill.

I built 2 of them . I maintained 2 of them . I bought rediculous amounts of fuel for 2 of them . I was constantly replacing parts on 2 of them. I briefly went flybarless on one of them.

Don't get me wrong... I highly encourage doing a big-block mod. It's great. But a 70 size engine is more than adequate. The 91 is way over-powered for it.

You think your kids are expensive now?

Just wait until they move out!!
