| This ought to set off the chargers experts again. IMHO there are 3 to chose from, all three will do Nicad, NiMH, A123, LiPo, LiIon, PB acid as far as I know. Hyperion 610i DUO (can charge 2 at once, internal balancer, need balance adapter for your balance plug on battery) http://media.hyperion.hk/dn/eos/EOS0610iDUO-MAN-EN.pdf
ThunderPower 1010C with 210V balancer http://thunderpowerrc.com/html/cba-chargers.html
CellPro 10S http://www.fmadirect.com/new_applic...10s_charger.htm
I can speak for the Hyperion DUO, works great, cost around $260. The Thunder Power works great too, but can only charger one battery at a time, but the balancer is add on, total cost $290.
I have no experience at all with the CellPro, but looks good and there have been lots of positive comments about it on this forum.
I am no electronics expert so I won't even begin to comment on max charge rates, watts, and whatever else there is. All I can tell you is that the highest charge rate I have used with either charger is 3.7 amps with no issues at all. On the Hyperion, that is 3.7 amps times 2 batteries at once.
One thing for sure, whichever way you go, you will need a good power supply, I say at least 30amps, but I am sure you will get many more opinions on that.
