| At the end of the day it's all down to personal preference and getting the right feel from the heli. Just like some fly with no exponential and max rates and others use lots of exponential and lower rates 
Change the mixing arm settings, go fly and see if you prefer it
The v paddles will speed up the cyclic response from the stock paddles. Again bolt them on and fly to see if you prefer it
But only change one thing at a time, otherwise you won't know what effect it had
