| Decide on what electronics you want to run your flybarless system. There are several companies making them now and more to come to market shortly. Some are 3 axis systems which incorporate all gyros (including the tail gyro) into one unit and then two axis systems which you still need to buy or supply a tail gyro.
Then, you will either need to modify your current head to be flybarless or purchase a head upgrade kit or full head. If your flying a Mikado, Trex, or Outrage you have, or shortly will have the ability to purchase a head designed for flybarless. |
