I went ahead and bought a simulator before I got my heli. So hopefully in a couple of months I'll be working on a new heli and have 100 plus hours of sim on my...sim. Plus the hairraising Axe CP hours I have.

best decision you could have made, you will be ready when you get a new heli, you just saved 4 times the cost of that sim, good luck, what heli are you saving for?

I'm going to get a TT Raptor 50 so I can get an Ecureil (sp?) fuse for it and paint it like our local hospital medivac. (though they have a one engine version and TT is a dual engine, I think it would still look cool)

The sim has already paid off as with what experience I have with my AXE already, I'm able to do a nose in hover and actually find it a bit more simpler to do than side hovers considering the advice I've read on this forum.

I've also been flying planes a bit too and find that this is probably going to be the best investment I could of made afterall.
