I am working on my T 500 conversion. I need help from experts.

Did you srew swashplate driver so It is mounted on the main shaft?

where is the right plate on the main shaft should I mount it to?

FYI since you're using my config.

I run the following Expo which is tied into my IDLE UP switch. Vbar modes are also tied to the same switch.

Normal (Classic)
- Aileron: 25%
- Elevator: 25%
- Rudder: 15%

IDLE1 (Ultra)
- Aileron: 30%
- Elevator: 30%
- Rudder: 20%

IDLE2 (Ultra)
- Aileron: 40%
- Elevator: 40%
- Rudder: 25%

Now I know why chuckie wanted me to flip the grips

I am not there to set EXPO yet. Just finish converting the head. Will be there soon.

1)Do I need to connect AUX on the V bar to some thing? I got this

2)On the wires connect to receiver, the brown( Ground wires) wire wires should face to the top(leter) of the V-bar brain? I got this

3)should collective go to pitch servo? I got this

1. The AUX on the Vbar I connected to my gyro gain channel on my RX (on my Futaba it's CH5) then tied the gyro gain to my IDLE UP switch so I can switch between banks

2. Yes brown/black facing the top (label)

3. Not sure what you mean

CH1 (Vbar) - Elevator CH on RX (mine is CH2)
CH2/3* (Vbar) - Aileron CH on RX (mine is CH1)
CH3/4* (Vbar) - Pitch CH on RX (mine is CH6)

*Depends on RX type see manual (I use Futaba 617FS RX)

I got them. Every thing looks fine now.

I load the Basic Trex 500(come with V-barsoftware) in to V-bar now to test it. After that I will load your file.

I got it fly today. It was amazing but too fast for me. I am using T500 file comes with software. I am learning how to modify this file before using your files.
