| Yea, i think its very much different, Norway is a much smaller country with good economy where money means a great deal, according to UN we have been appointed 5 years on the run the best country in the world to live in, sure we have allot of oil money, but no, thats nonsense, especially if you knew how bad we are spending those money...
Anyway, with smaller community its "easier" to provide VIP service to the ones who "needs it" since the amounts may only be dozens and not thousands compared to iex US 
CPS might no be a store, but they are the supplier to the stores, and can of course route something through a dealer, but sometimes they also sell right out of Head office for special occasions.
Im not THAT desperate getting hold of one of these, so i dont think i will put much effort in getting one early.
