Its seems that all of my PPRC packs wont balance- or atleast one cell is 4.3v when the rest are like 4.15. Shouldnt this charger be balancing it?

Mine always has the first cell in the pack about .20 volts ahead of everyone else. I don't know why but on every pack its like that so I just deal with it.

The best Torque Tube is a belt.

A .20 voltage difference in a cell is huge! Do you guys balance every charge? And, are you guys charging at 1c?

The most my Kong Power 3s1p packs have differed is by .023, and that was charging at approximately 3.5 amps(Just trying it out), but when I charge at 1c or less, I get a maximum difference of no more than .013

Yes yes and yes. I have a feeling it's a defect with the balancer because on a separate voltage meter all the cells are in perfect balance.

I'd try charging at about .5C for about 2 charge cycles and see where that takes you. Also, remember not to overdischarged by using over 80% of the batteries capacity.

If your still getting a huge imbalance, I'd give Thunder Power a call and let them know what's going on!

Doubt your problem is the PPRC packs but if you find them to be at fault please let me know. I will get your packs replaced for you ASAP...
