MCX

Have you seen these, there real small, you can fly them off your desk, they make two versions, RTF and BNF(if you already have a Spectrum 2.4 JR)they will not be out till the end of the month. Bobby

I would get the mCX. It seemed to more maneuverable than the CX2.

Just did a search on Google for MCX and got nothing, please put up an URL to there web site.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

I watched the E-Flite guys at IRCHA fly these around their booth. It was pretty windy, and crowded. Needless to say they crashed them into stuff left and right. The little mCX seemed VERY durable.

I think a BNF version would be a blast to fly around the house and chase the cats with.

They must be popular there on back-order (or not out yet). The glow in the dark parts look cool.

The Blade CX seems to be the first heli of choice while one logs time on a sim. But, between the CX2 and mCX, which one is best for the newbie? I'm asking because I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and smaller would seem to be better for me, but I don't want to handicap myself down the road.

Hi drken

The CX in my opinion is nothing more than a toy to play with in the house. While interesting and challenging for a while will not help you develop the skill set you need if you decide to really get into the hobby. Find out what others are flying in you're area and get something they can help you out with. What ever you decide above all I must be fun.
The CX is fun to play with, got one and looking at the mCX BNP with the glow in the dark parts..

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

Gyronut - Be sure you give us an update when you get a few flights under you're belt.

Did you get any of the optional glow in the dark parts?

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.
