I converted my Beam 450 over to Vbar and it has been flying well until I crashed!! It was caused by my home made swash locking device not holding. Due to the small size it is hard to get a good clamp on it and even though I put a set screw it still is not tight enough. Does any know of a good idea or possibly a marketed 450 size swash lock?

Yes

Leave the phasing pins in place and use an additional shaft collar to pin the block up high into the fasing pins. You need to set this up so you don't bind on either end. It does work. My outrage flybarless is set up this way.

I love these things!!!
