e-Electric Batteries & Chargers > Charging connections?

I just went to this link:

http://www.helidirect.com/product_i...roducts_id=7192

to look at some Outrage packs. I noticed at the bottom of the page there are some pictures of packs being charged and quickly noticed the connections don't look like the connections I make when balance charging my packs. I charge through the balance plugs only and the pictures on this page show the battery plugged into the charger via the balance plugs and the main plugs. Can someone please explain this to me?

they just charge thru the main lead and balance thro the balance lead, I also charge this way. it does not mean the battery can only be charged this way, you can charge it however your charger does it.

OK, thanks! So what are the advantages for the additional connections?

which charger are you using?the balance leads can only handle about 4 amps so if you are charging something and you need more than 4A charge rate you need a combination of balance and main leads.
